About

Zel is the Franchise Owner and Principal Physiotherapist who has had a long association with Active+ Bay Roskill. For many years before studying physio Zel worked as a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor and she brings strong skills to the practice in these areas. Zel runs our Pilates classes and has a passion for combining the skills she has learnt in her Physio degree with her strong Pilates focus.

When Zel is not busy here at Active+ she is busy being a foster mum to 4 legged furbabies. She is currently mum to 7 year old rescue dog Serafina to Herman, an excitable 4 year old Lab cross.  

My Goals

Zel's goals for Active+ Bay Roskill are to continue the tradition of many years by making the branch a family oriented clinic, reflect the cultural spirit of her own background as well as the surrounding community, with a fun, friendly, peaceful and relaxed atmosphereornare tortor.
